Meeting Rooms Available for Rent
East Shore is located in the Factoria area of Bellevue, convenient from both I-90 and I-405. There are many restaurants and hotels nearby, as well as a shopping mall just down the street. We have ample parking for large events, and a lovely wooded campus where seasonal flowers add a splash of color to the natural beauty surrounding the church.
Some of our meeting rooms in the Education and Sanctuary Buildings are described and pictured below. Your facility rental fee includes whatever setup your event requires -- meeting, classroom, dining, etc., with tables and chairs placed according to your specifications. It also includes any audio/video equipment you might need: screen, projector, CD/DVD player, television, etc.
With proof of your non-profit status, you will receive our competitive rental rates, and by booking 12 or more meetings at one time, you will receive an additional discount. East Shore does not rent to for-profit organizations.
East Shore hosts many weddings. We offer an affordable wedding package that includes use of the sanctuary for both the rehearsal and the ceremony, as well as a spacious dressing room for the wedding party, and a kitchen area and hall for your reception.

Spring Hall, a large meeting room for up to 100 people, features a grand piano and a small adjacent kitchen. In addition, the Education Building offers a warm, comfortable Library with fireplace, suitable for small groups, a nursery for small children, a youth room with comfortable upholstered couches, and 5 classrooms large enough for 20 - 30 people. Outside is a children's playground.
Our beautiful Sanctuary has seating for 300 in a quiet, wooded setting. If your event includes music, there is a grand piano available in the Sanctuary for your use. In addition, we have a crew available to operate our sophisticated sound equipment for large meetings, concerts, etc., and they can provide you with an audio recording of your event.
The Sanctuary building also contains the North Room, a meeting room that accommodates up to 50 people, with a large adjacent commercially-equipped kitchen. The South Room, a smaller meeting room on the other end of the Sanctuary building, can accommodate up to 20 people for a meeting or serve as a spacious dressing area for your wedding party.
